At Tajhiz Al Markabah, we ensure all products are carefully selected and manufactured with high quality standards, aiming to provide a seamless experience without the need for returns or warranty claims.
1. Return Policy
Eligible Return Cases
1. If the return is due to a seller’s error or a defective product

The customer is eligible to request a return within 3 days of receiving the order.

The company will cover all return shipping costs.

The product will be refunded or replaced, based on the customer’s preference.

The customer must provide proof of the defect or damage before returning the item.
2. If the return is due to customer error
(If the product is still in its original, unopened condition, or if the order was canceled after shipping)

The company accepts the return.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

The product must be in its original condition, unopened, and undamaged.
Non-Returnable Cases

Products that have been opened or installed (except for defective items).

Products missing their original packaging or with damaged/partial packaging.

Any return request submitted after 3 days from receiving the order.

Items strictly excluded from returns:

Free gifts provided by the company

If you received the shipment but no longer want the product
You may request a return according to the conditions above.
The product must be shipped back via SMSA at the customer’s expense.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued electronically after verifying product eligibility.
Some payment methods may require up to a week or more, depending on the bank or payment provider.
2. Exchange Policy
Exchange Period
The exchange period is 14 days from the invoice date.
Exchange Conditions
If the error is from the seller:

The item must be in its original, unused condition.

The company will cover shipping costs.
If the error is from the customer:

The item may be exchanged within the 14-day period.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Additional Exchange Requirements

The item must be complete with all accessories and packaging.

A maximum of two exchanges is allowed per customer.
Non-Exchangeable Cases

Requests submitted after 14 days from the invoice date.

Items that are missing accessories or original packaging, or are damaged.

Products that have been opened or installed.
3. Warranty Policy

All products include a warranty except fuses of all types.

2-year warranty on lighting products.
-
1-year warranty on all other items.

Warranty does not cover:

Misuse
-
Incorrect installation

Warranty expires after the stated period, and no exchanges or returns will be accepted afterward.
